Introduction.

The main purpose of this blog is to enrich myself and force myself to think about issues surrounding the many law cases and topics that I encounter. Rather than just going through the topics, I think it will be more beneficial for me to slow things down and pen down my thoughts and recommendations I have about the problems and ongoing debates about law; about life.

I am not sure I will do a good job expressing my views; translating from my brain to the web; but like they say, there are no writer’s blog if you force yourself to write. I also hope by doing this I can improve my command of English, to understand the judgement, the surround circumstances of the judgement, the rationale, the obiter dicta, the history and the progress of law from the olden days until now.

I guess in a way, this blog yearns to be something great. I would like to keep it simple. These are just my thoughts. I, myself, will be anticipating the growth of my thoughts from a naive world view into a more mature and reliable one soon. I guess this is it. Good night!
